Every once in awhile it’s fun to share something from the bake shop menu that is now reserved for my private dessert table menu. The Buffalo Cupcake was named after my hometown, Buffalo, N.Y. It’s a vanilla cupcake filled with Nutella, chocolate frosting and chocolate decoratifs. I even put a chocolate B on this little guy.
Baking tip: To create filled cupcakes of any kind, use an apple corer to remove the center of the cupcake. Fill with anything your recipe calls for such as raspberry filling, lemon custard or even more frosting! Get creative with this simple trick and you’ll make cupcakes perfect every time at home.
