In 2008, Hollywood pastry chef Diana Sproveri created Lollibakes®, the first retail cake pop in the United States. It was first seen in Daily Candy, as well as People Magazine in the same year. What followed was a mass cake pop craze that continues today. In addition, Lollibakes®, known for their gourmet flavors, are the only cake pops that have graced the pages of Food and Wine Magazine.
Hosting a long list of celebrity clients, Lollibakes® have been featured at such prestigious events as the Oscars, the American Music Awards, the Golden Globes, the Grammy Awards and the Emmys, among others. She continues to dazzle with breathtaking dessert tables as well as custom made gifts not found anywhere else in Los Angeles.
